Two Minute Gluten Free Mug Cake
Do you ever end up wanting to treat yourself to something sweet but not wanting to deal with the mess and time that baking comes with? This two minute recipe is so simple and easy, you’ll find yourself making it on a regular basis.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp of cake batter
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 1 egg
Directions:
- In a mug, mix 1/4 cup of almond flavor and 1 tsp cane sugar.
- Add 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Flavoring, and 1 tsp Cake Batter flavoring.
- Stir until you reach a batter like consistency.
- Microwave for 1 1/2 -2 minutes or until cooked throughly.
- Top with desired fruit or enjoy plain!
