Our regular flavor powders are heat-stable, concentrated, unsweetened, water-soluble, vegan, and gluten-free. Quickly dissolve in warm water, making them ideal for creating instant mixes with great convenience.

Description: A crisp and sweet flavor with a hint of tartness. 

INGREDIENTS: maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, and a blend of natural and artificial flavors. No added sweeteners.

USAGE GUIDELINES: 

To ensure proper flavoring, you can start with a usage rate of 0.25% to 1% by weight of total ingredients. If needed, this can be increased up to 5% based on the application.

For optimal taste, it is recommended to use the powders at a rate of 0.25% to 4% by weight of total ingredients, depending on the specific application.

Please note that powders have a more concentrated flavor compared to flavoring oil. To achieve the same level of flavor, you can use 1 teaspoon of flavoring oil for every ½ teaspoon of powder.
