• Best if used at or below 400 degrees.

This flavor is appropriate for hard candy, truffles, candy centers, fondant, frosting, ganache, fudge, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, sweet breads, smoothies, etc. and is appropriate for use in chocolates or coatings.
