How will my order be shipped?

You have the option to select USPS or UPS. All products are calculated and weighed directly through these carriers so pricing is accurate.

I ordered the wrong flavor, can I return it?

Get Suckered has a strict no return-no refund policy. Due to the nature of our products, they cannot come back as an exchange or a return. Our flavors are subjected to multiple variables on the consumers end, whether it be storage conditions, including but not limited to: temperature of the place they are kept in, along with the types of containers they are stored in, we would not be able offer a refund or exchange of your product. Our flavors are Food Flavors that are Generally Recognized as Safe by the FDA and used for Beverages, Baking and other Purposes.

If you accidentally ordered something you did not want, we do not offer refunds. If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, notify us immediately otherwise you may be subject to another shipping fee or a restocking fee due to unwanted product. We appreciate your understanding!

Are you able to ship your products out Internationally?

Yes. We are currently shipping products Internationally and do ship to the UK, Germany, Spain, China, South America, Canada, Australia; Worldwide. Please select USPS or UPS as the carrier.

How long does it normally take for an order to be processed and shipped out? 

Orders are fulfilled as soon as 24-48 hours from you placing the order. However, they may take as long as 3-5 days to process. Overnight/ Expedited/ 2nd Day or 3rd Day orders, need to be placed before 10:00 am PST. in order to be considered for shipping that same day. We cannot guarantee that the product will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 am PST will be fulfilled but not picked up by USPS until the following Monday. Contact us for updates or time frame(s). 

For UPS orders, orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be fulfilled and not picked up by UPS until the following Monday.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer a discount for Wholesale Orders. You may contact us by phone or email us for a Wholesale Quote. We will provide a quote right away.

Do you add any Sweeteners? If so, what types? 

Our Flavors are unsweetened. We do have sweeteners for sale such as Monk Fruit or Sucralose. We will note on each product listing and the bottles label if whether or not the product comes with a sweetener.  

What is the recommended percentage of use? 

Suggested Usage Table:

  • 1 cup= 1-3 drops
  • 4 cups= 5-8 drops
  • 8 cups=10-15 drops
  • 20 drops=1mil
  • 5 drops= quarter mil
