What Documents Are Available?
Certificate of Analysis (COA): Provides batch-specific testing data and product specifications.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Outlines safety, handling, and regulatory details.
Nutritional Information: Includes calorie content, macronutrients, and dietary attributes.
CAS Information: Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) details, available under an NDA.
How to Submit a Request
To request any of the above documents, please follow these steps:
- Email us at customerservice@getsuckered.com with the subject line: COA/SDS/Nutritional Info Request
- Include the following details in your request:
- Order Number (Required)
- Flavor Name(s) (Exact names as listed on your order)
- Document(s) Requested (COA, SDS, Nutritional Info, CAS)
Request Eligibility and Limitations
- All document requests must be submitted within the same month the purchase was made, and the item must be purchased in a minimum size of one gallon.
- CAS information requires a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before release.
- We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion, with or without explanation.
